Dilemma, URGENT HELP REQUIRED!!!!

I got 7 straight As in O Levels and 5 straight As in A Levels. I want to apply to the top universities in US, UK and Canada. The thing is that when I am filling out any registration form for UK or Pakistan, it asks (just) Name. And when it does so, i write my full name Mohammad Kamran Mahmood. And so this is the name that appears on my passport, my O and A Levels Certificates, my B Form and will, in a year's time appear on my National ID Card (cuz i am only 17 now).
However when you are registrating for SATs, TOEFL, or applying to a university in USA, it asks your FIRST NAME, MIDDLE INITIAL/NAME, FAMILY NAME AND SUFFIX. Now I am sure that my FAMILY NAME is to be MAHMOOD, and that none of the suffixes is a part of my name. But what is my first name???? My first name should be Kamran, but the admission/registration forms have no space for any Prefixes like Mohammad. So what do i do?? Do i write my first name as Mohammad Kamran or will just Kamran work?? By the way i have actually registered for both SATs with my first name as Kamran and family name as Mahmood, should it be any problem for me in the future??
And well as far as my test scores are concerned, i am aiming for and am pretty confident to achieve 1500 in SAT1, 800 each in Maths 2 C and Chemistry, and at least 700 in Writing, and 275 in TOEFL CBT.
Ive also heard that when i accept a university's admission offer and then get enrolled there, it is the university that arranges for my visa and provides all my biodata for the I-20 form, so i think it would be inappropriate if the name on my visa is Kamran Mahmood and the name on my passport is Mohammad Kamran Mahmood.
Please help me!!!

there's no need to worry....as a compatriot, take my advice and make a firm decision about how you will write your name from this point on. As far as I know, ETS scores are sent by specific numbers rather than names so you should be OK in that regard. Also, when you get admitted, the university will send you an I-20 well before you will need it to apply. If the information on the I-20 is inconsistent with the info in your passport, you can simply email the international office at the university to send you a new one.

So, to recap, just make sure that the I-20 concurs with the info on passport and decide on how you're going to be writing your name from this point on....you need to decide this before you come to the U.S. since it can open up a can of worms once you get here.
