Heart Colorado College

I am new here. So... HELLO EVERYONE!

Hey does anyone know anything about Colorado College?

If you dont please answer and tell me no.

I was talking with one of my friends from Colorado, and he never heard about it.

Hmmmm.... I thought it was kinda neat.

Yes I've heard of it, what do you specifically want to know about it?

I know that it is one of the better Liberal Arts Colleges in the US. What I was wondering is if it is a good place for international students. And if it has a good Geology program.

I've heard it has one of the best undergrad geology programs in the U.S. If you want to learn more about the program, I suggest you visit the Geology homepage: where you can email faculty any specific questions you might have and look at course descrptions of what you might have to take if you went there. (http://www.coloradocollege.edu/dept/GY/)

Typical of most U.S. colleges, foreign students usually don't make up a big percentage of the student population nor do they have same financial aid eligibilites as American students and Colorado College is no exception. I'm taking this short excerpt from their website which fully explains the makeup of its student body:

"International students number around 45 of the 1900 member Colorado College student body. The entire international student population (including US citizens abroad, dual citizens and permanent residents) accounts for over 5% of the students at Colorado College."

If you have any more questions, post 'em.

I know that Colorado College offers 3-5 full scholarships to international students every year. However, there is a large number of international students applying for those full financial aid awards. Overall, I think Colorado College is one of the best four year liberal art colleges in the nation.
