What are your SAT I scores?
If your SAT I scores are good, you have a good chance at Lafayette and Lehigh. With such a low acceptance rate, it is nearly impossible to tell whether you'll get into Washington University in St. Louis or Harvey Mudd.

Having trouble with the SAT? Try the ACT Accepted: American U., Northeastern U., Boston U., RPI, McGill (going to attend), and Penn State - University Park |

Lafayette - Match
Lehigh - Match/Reach Washington Uni. in St. louis - Reach Harvey Mudd - Reach If you raise your verbal and writing scores to the the mid-600's you will have a good chance at all of the schools you chose. Note: Harvey Mudd requires that students have taken 1 year of calculus before entering. Good Luck. ![]()

I am also an international student, and now I'm studying in the U.S.
I think your scores are good. My scores when I applied for colleges are in about the same range as yours except that I had 800 for SAT II physics. I don't remember my SAT II writing score, though. I was able to get into some ivies and ivy-equilavent schools with those scores so please keep your hopes up! I think the fact that you come from Nepal is really interesting and could be a selling point in your app. I'm not sure of the number of Nepal students in American colleges but I guess it's not so high. Admissions people would be interested in you. Did you grow up and went to school in Nepal? |
