Really Need help with chances

WEll i am a junio0r and an international student but i will not need any financial aid.
My top choices are ED: DUke other: Cornell, BU, VU. (these are rouhg except that i really want to go to duke)

Acadmeics:
Full IB Diploma
Gpa UW: 3.7 W:4.5
Junior classes:
HL Physics: A+
HL psych: A
HL Econ: A-
SL (might move to HL for 4 HL's): A-
SL Math: A+
SL French: C- (im already fluent in two other than english langiuages so hopefully they will consider that)

SAT: 1960 overall - Math: 610 CR: 610 W:740
retaking about 3 more times after january
no SAT II yet

Extracurricular:

9,10,11-Varsity Basketball starter
9,10- Moscow YOuth Basketball League
9,10-Moscow Youth Basketball LEague scorekeeper for youth
11-Volleyball varsity starter
11-Math Tutor
11-Youth Soccer Helpee for 6 weeks
9-Soccer injured halfway

To do EC:

12-Varsity Basketball
12-Volleyball
11,12-Softball
11-starting a lschool magazine

since im doing IB im dooign an extended research project on economics outside shcool and 200+ hrs of communtiy service

also during the summer i want to attend some sort oif french program so i can get some help becasue it is a weak grade
