Question second bachelors degree

hi all,

i have a small but very important question. i have just graduated from university (good school, tough major) but i have done so in the worst manner (terrible course choices, poor grades) and now i want to make amends, so to speak. i have decided to go for another bachelors degree at a different school. it is also a very good school so i am concerned if there is a possibility that they will reject my application. of course, one way to find out is by sending in the application but at the moment, it is the only program and school that i am willing to attend so i want to be sure that i have a shot.
i would like to find out how difficult is it to get into a second bachelors program? i am sure its not as tough as the first time. and what are some of the important things to keep in mind. any help appreciated.
i have not revealed much about my school, gpa, major etc because i want to see if there is anyone who has been through this process. many thanks.

You might want to speak with an advisor at the school that you are wanting to attend. Even speak with someone in admissions to help clarify. I'm not sure if you want to start from scratch or if you are planning on transfering your basic credits. I know at the Univeristy of Houston (UH) where I attended, my transfer hours were counted if I made a "C" or higher, but they actual GPA did not affect my GPA at UH. So basically I got to start off with a clean slate for my GPA.
