Help shortlisting Universities

After Googling for a while, I shortlisted following univ for my profile to apply for MS in Computer Science.

GRE : 1340 (Verbal: 540, Quant: 800) Waiting AWA score
TOEFL: yet to be taken
UG CGPA: 8.5 (Jaypee Institute, India)

Should get strong letter of reference and will have a decent statement of purpose

Would appreciate if you can let me know your thoughts..if these are Ambitious, Chance or Safe.

hey bro i got 1100 in gre.790 in quant n 310 in verbal..i wil be havin less gpa..tofel stil left.so can u tel me what uni i should apply 4 in future??i m having no idea so send me info..
i wil be able 2 get admision in top 30 or not??
