You just do some research on US univ on your self because I am not going to speculate on this profile..
My Advise is.. post same matter with thoughtful modification to a professor or current student and directly ask your chances of admit or aid (if you need) ..
Believe me.. it is reliable and convenient ..
what you need to do is... go to your interested university website and in "people" section of your department you will find mail ID's and research interest of current students and professors..
