Approx. 1200 GRE | 750 / 450 | Which Schools

I am planning for applying to schools based on my ETS test scores (apprx. 1200 - 450/750). Can someone validate or suggest a school where a) admission b) getting a job would be easy. I have 5Y of experience with JPMorgan and Tata Consultancy. Here is what I am thinking.

CA Region:
San Jose State University
Santa Clara State University
UC Davis - Tight
University of Southern California - Tight
San Diego State University

Texas Region:
TEXAS A&M - COLLEGE STATION - Tight
University of Houston
UT Arlington or Dallas

Chicago area (family lives there):
UIC
Illinois Inst of Tech
Wayne State University - Detroit

NYC:
STATE UNIVERSITY OF NEW YORK – STONY BROOK - Tight
Rochester Institute of Technology, NY

With my profile, is there any school that could be my long shot and has good placement record? Or any 1Y program so that I get done with it soon.
