    - Univ of Massachussetts
if its the amherst campus, it will be a waste of money !
Of mankind we may say in general they are fickle, hypocritical, and greedy of gain.

Extremely sorry for the late reply in here friend. My visa interview is on a corner and i am damn engrossed with all documnets and formalities.

Well, my area is mostly CS (networks, security, a bit of graphics).

~This is defintely an ambitious university for your credentials. No harm in aiming high but make a judicious decision.you can replace this with UTD.
    2- Syracuse
~I seriously doubt what this university have to offer for wireless.better check out with resident seniors and get insides.AFAIK , this is not much famous for wireless programmes though not very bad.Absolute cakewalk imo.
    3- IIT
~Shown a lot of improvement in funding.Definitely better than what they did last fall.I feel 3.4GPA might cause some problems else this would come in your moderate-safe range university.
    4- NJIT
~I can assure you that NJIT have xcellent department for wirless.Everything in ECE sux except Wireless. You will not get AID except provost or atmax health insurence waiver if you are coming as a terminal MS candidate. On a word of caution , post MS job scenario is all time flop in here. You will have to work yourself to literallytch snaa job or better option would be to move to TX,CA,WA.Safe university for your profile
    6- Polytechnic Univ
~Absolute waste of money. They will offer you heafty GA or funds to allure you but i can assure you that if you go in here for spring you will come to testmagic again for suggestion over fall transfer . I am in contact with many studnets in here and they all are pretty frustrated.3 of them have managed to move to UTD this spring.Only if you want to increase admit count , apply here else ditch it.
Following are my few personal picks for you.
    AMB:-
    NCSU ,UCinn ,UCBoulder
    MOD:
    BUFF,Drexel
    SAFE:
    UTAr,Toledo

have a look on these univs and refine your intital list.

NJIT , Please note that i'm applying for the Phd position and i need aid.

I appreciate your comments so much , I noticed your suggestion of UTA and found that this school is relevant to my research interest but there's a problem: They require the following:

GRE scores of at least the following:
    a. Quantitative score 720 for MS or
    750 for Ph.D.
    b. Verbal score
    500
    c. Analytical Writing
    4

It's out of my profle reach, should I apply for Phd or not , do I still have a chance to get a kind of aid?
