Please evaluate my chances of getting admitted for Phd in US.My interests are mainly in computer hardware and its related fields like vlsi,embedded system, computer architecture etc. I have also interest in network and systems related fields but those are ofcourse 2nd choice.

Please suggest me some universities.

TOEFL : 260 (writing 6.0)
GRE : Expecting 1400 (600 V, 800Q) based on practice test
Arcads (graduation): 72%

Projects: 1.On different topics related to course work
2. One very well known industry project

Prizes: software fair prizes
Papers: Still None

Sort of industry work experience for 2/3 months.

Is there any importance of X and XII grade score in graduate admission process?
