possibility of Ph.d admission in CS

Hi,
This is Senthil. I hold M.Tech degree in Computers from NIT, Allahabad, with 6.75 CPI and the 3.62/ 5.0 with regard to ranking. And I have B.E(Computer Science and Engineering) with 64.5% from Madras University.
I have 3+years work experience in software industry and
4+years experience in teaching undergraduate courses with the total experience of 7 years.
Kindly let me know the possibility of admission to Ph.d for the GRE score of 1070/1600 and 3.5 in essay. TOEFL score being 213/300 and 5.0 in essay
I haven't published any papers so far. My area of specialisation is component based software engineering. I'm interested in aspect oriented programming.
What kind of universities could I get admission? Also, Suggest me some useful tips if I were to improve my GRE score.

well i wd defnately suggest u to reappear for GRE and TOEFL coz if u get arnd 1300+ in gre u are definately in a decent uni with thy exp.
