Hey thank you very much for the info.
Do you have any idea about the universities in or around Houston?
1.Texas A&M university system(College Station)
2.Texas Southern University
3.Texas State University system(Lamar University and Sam Houston state University)
4.University of Houston system
5.Rice University
Which university from the above list is good?

Certainly, Rice has the highest ranking (#23 in 2006), and they do offer spring admission for the MS degree:

Texas A&M is the second-highest ranking program on your list (#54 in 2006). Personally, Texas A&M would be my first choice from your list since the tuition would be much cheaper, at least for in-state residents. However, their Spring deadline seems to have already passed.

The third highest-ranking on your list would probably be University of Houston, but, for perspective, they seem to rank below the University of Oregon.
