Do not have Toefl scores while online application

Hi Guys, I am applying for MS to some universities for fall'2008. Since the deadlines are near I need to apply asap. But I do not have my TOEFL scores ready means I will have to complete my online application without reporting them. The scores will be reported later but before the application deadline set by the institution. Now, May I know how is this going to affect my chances of Admission. Do they (the admissions committee) start to decide as soon as they receive the online application or they wait until the entire set of documents reach them by mail. Also suppose If I do not include my TOEFL score's photocopies (Though they do not ask to do this) while sending the transcripts etc...how is this going to affect my application. Hoping for your response.It would be a great help. Thanks

I can assure you that this won't harm your chances, the admission process begins by the next year ( I am sure of that ) since arranging every piece of the application for every applicant will take a long time after the deadline; and don't forget the holidays by the end of the month.

BTW, I have contacted many schools ( UMD, Amherst,Utah ...etc) and all of them told me to feel free to send a late TOEFL score
