UIUC vs Gatech vs Brown

one more question. At Georgia Tech, do I pay tuition based on how many courses(credit hours) I take per semester. OR i pay a standard amount and then can take any number of courses up to a max limit.

I don't know, and I don't really care because people last year joined Gatech complaining about the high tuition at USC which provides the credit hour for 1200 USD. Thus, according to their estimations it's so much cheaper at Gatech.
BTW, the estimates of the regular graduate academic year is 33k for out-of-state student according to the office of financial aid at Gatech:

So, forget about the stupid I20 form and send them a confirmation email for God's sake.
