Question UDEL/Arkansas/UTA???

Hello,
I've applied for MS in CS for Fall 2008 at 5 US universities :
  1. UC Berkeley
  2. Northwestern University
  3. University of Delaware
  4. University of Arkansas at Fayetteville
  5. University of Texas at Arlington
So far, I got rejection from the top 2 of my list and acceptance from the other 3.
Now I'm a bit confused about which one to select. Please help me to decide.

I would agree, though I haven't researched these particular schools. UT Arlington does conjur up positive thoughts about low Texas tuition for international students and good job opportunities locally. Anyway, I would stay away from Arkansas, but that is just because the state is historically known as being a backward state.

Thanks a lot .

Here is my profile :
GPA - 3.60 (75%, ranked 44th among 120 students)
GRE score - 1420
Verbal : 710 (98%), Quant : 710 (74%), Analytical: 3.5 (18%)
TOEFL score - 106 (ibt)
Publications - 1 (International)
Job Experience - Full time s/w engineer since Oct, 2006
Other Achievements - 1 (national level)

Should I opt for better ranked universities, other than the ones I applied?

That would depend on your specific career goals, e.g. what doors do you want to open with your MS degree?

It's not too late to apply for USC, but their tuition is more expensive and I don't know what your odds would be for admission, especially since you would be applying after many other people have already done so.
