This is essentially a vocabulary question. In jobs, we usually talk about different levels, not different heights.
height can vary infinitely; if you move up or down a tenth of a millimeter, you have changed your height. level is different; level implies certain points. For example, a building might have three levels, but only one height. Hope that helps! Please post further questions here.
