I have taken TOEFL in Nov. 2004.
Although I could send my scores using ASR by phone before, Nowadays at the end of entering all required material by phone when I enter my date of birth the speaker says:" The scores for test date you entered are not available now.
please allow one week before placing your call again."![]()
It should not be because of the database because I have sent my score before.![]()
I do have entered all numbers correctly. Even once I tried entering wrong numbers the error message was something else.
The problem is that the application deadline the uni. I wanna apply is near.
Just any idea you guys?

I called them. the problem was because of an unpaid bill in 20 Jan.
I do not now why ETS did not settle the amount.
However, I must now send them the fee by check.
It will take a lot of timeand I hope the university would accept the copy I have sent to take my application into consideration till problem would be fixed.
If I was informed about the problem in spite of just telling me to stay one week more....![]()
