That is within 3 months after your testing, not when they post your score. After they post your score, you have about 2 months.

i did my toefl on 18 Nov 2011 i got 21 in writting and 24 in speaking. When is the last date i can go for rescoring.por favor, el señor help.is there any chance i can get 24 writing and 26 speaking.
