I have a Gre score of 1450(Quant : 800, verbal:650) and expecting AWA of above 4 but yesterday I received my score card and shocked to see the AWA of 2.5 and its like dream of a top school come to an end.

So guys please help me to figure it out the universities that can accept this AWA score.Also I heard from some where that AWA score for engineering students not matters at all but I don't know what the truth is.

My profile is:
CGPA:8.6/10
10th 84%
12th 84%
GRE :1450 ,AWA 2.5
14 months work ex in reputed s/w mnc
6 mnths internship at top reputed mnc
6-7 UG level projects
2 summer internship

I wanna apply for MS in comp science in database management.
I have selected some universities on my own,please eveluate these too and also suggest some more universities on your own.

i have 1230 in my gre with a split up of q=780 and v=450 and my toefl ibt score is 96 .i am fall 2010 aspirant .

i have 73% in my UG , BE in ECE .

I WANT TO PURSUE MASTERS IN USA , IN NANOSCIENCE OR NANOELECTRONICS .
