I am trying to apply to molecular cell biology or cancer biology programs, and I get bad score in gre subject test..610, 78%...I am very disappointed about myself T_T
Anyway.. I think..reporting my subject score to schools is not a good idea for me...because...my GPA score is better than it...

Actually..I am a domestic (I have a citizenship).. but I graduated from undergraduate school outside U.S. and I got M.S degree in there. My overall GPA (3.88/4.0) and major GPA (3.9/4/0) is not bad....but as u guys know that...many universities in U.S. do not trust it much...(so..i took subject test..but...T_T)

Problem is that most schools which I want to apply say "STRONGLY" recommended ..taking subject test. Some people told me that "strongly recommended" is almost same meaning with "required"...
so..I worry that if I do not report my score, it will destrimental to me...or..if I report my score, it will affect negatively on my admission even though my GPA is good...
(other things..such as recom letter, research experience are overall good..and I submit my paper to MBC now...)

Could someone give me an advice....

Is the 1994 exam completely out of touch? Has anyone taken the actual exam and found that the 1994 exam is drastically different and not representative of the actual exam of 2009? Is it harder/easier than the recent exam? I am just curious. Thanks.
