Are they honestly expecting me to believe that they do not have the capacity to RUSH DELIVER a package containing a bunch of LAST MINUTE tests booklets/scantrons UP TO THE WEDNESDAY BEFORE THE TEST?

for $50 extra/supp test taker... they should be afford to RUSH DELIVER A SINGLE TEST BOOKLET!!

IF you assume that ETS is an actual honest company, and not solely dedicated to profit... THERE IS NO REASON THEY SHOULD RUN OUT OF TESTS.


but, in the real world, where ETS IS a FOR PROFIT company....

it makes perfect sense that they would intentionally provide too few tests.


that way... all of those SUPP test takers just dropped ~$150 on absolutely nothing.

that is money in the bank.

it does not cost ETS a PENNY extra to register a SUPP test relative to a late or on-time test.

thus... all of those SUPP testers who show up and cannot take the test...

that is pure profit.

and that is quite a lot of money. even if only 1 supp test taker is in this situation....

that is $150 added to ALL OF THE REST of the profit obtained after the costs associated with grading/test proctoring/overhead/score dissemination/etc.



if this company was not soo obviously well represented in congress, I would start my own Test company!!!

if there are 500 test centers nation wide, and only 1 single supp test taker forfeits their entire registration....
that is ~$75,000 per test date ASSUMING ONLY 1 PERSON (if it is $150 per supp test).

add to that the profit from the other 50-60 test takers/test center (or more)....

Im sure they make at least $500,000 PROFIT per test (nationwide).... maybe even more.

this is not even including the supp test centers.....

they must make at least 1.5 million per year in profit.


good god. that is unbelievable cash flow. And they have a monopoly, so they can farm out customer service, use crappy website design, etc.
