I got my result on the mail today. I was wondering how I can compute my score on the CBT TOEFL to the PBT TOEFL?

I wanna to take the PBT toefl test. I am practicing with myself and take some tests from barron's book.
I have a question about how can I convert my raw score to scaled one after checking the answers. Because I have no idea how ready I am for taking the real test.

is there any approved tables from ETS center to compare between the results obtained from computer based test and that one of paer based test
