I cant log out!
I have been experiencing this strange problem since yesterday.Even after logging out of TM,it shows that i am online and continues showing the welcome message-
Welcome, manasi4gre. You last visited: Today at 04:46 PM Private Messages: 7 Unread, Total 49. What am i supposed to do? Please help me out.

Its working fine now,Erin. I had experienced this problem twice in the past too.Thanks for looking into the matter promptly.

Erin,
Its really strange that even after logging out of TM,I see my username in the list of online users...coz when i returned to the index after logging out my name is still there.... could you please sort this out?

Ah, that one's pretty simple--the active users is really a measure of who's been online for a certain period of time (I think it's fifteen minutes, but I don't know for sure), so if you log out, it won't show up right away.
So don't worry, this is default behavior. I think it would overload the server if the software checked more often.  |

Couple things you could try. You could try to clear your cookies with a script (I still have problems staying logged in) on or clear your cookies in IE (How to delete cookies, clear your cache, empty temporary files).
I'm afraid if neither of those works, then there's no fix at the moment.  |
