What is that line under our names which says thinks like *bling**bling* etc. How can we change it? or Can we change it?

So you noticed my *bling**bling*.....
Well you can also use your custom user title as you have more then 100 posts.
Just go to Quick links on right hand side of page and then edit Profile. Save whatever you want as your custom user title. Its easy....
