Angry TestMagic vs sentencecorrection

Erin, The two sites are great, but....

The forum interface on testmagic is so much easier to use than on sentencecorrection. I don't think I can clearly explain how drastic the difference is. It's frustrating trying to follow, revisit, and find threads on sentencecorrection, because it limits the reader so much. Here I can sort almost any column, but there I can't. Arghhhhhhh!

I just realized this over the past couple days since I've been on the other site more. It made me appreciate this site so much more.

I still love how much great information is on both sites.
Keep up the good work.
Thanks!

Post Re: TestMagic vs sentencecorrection

Hi, dyoh. I appreciate your feedback, I really do. In fact, I'd really like to hear from others who've used the TestMagic forum and the sentence correction forum.

I actually agree with you that the forums here are easier to use and have more features overall. I actually chose to use two different forum software applications because I wanted to test each one out to see how they stacked up against each other.

I do, however, really much prefer the graphics of the other forum.

I'm not sure what I'll do in the future, but it's not out of the question that I will change the forum software.

Again, thanks for your feedback.

Re: TestMagic vs sentencecorrection

Sorta off topic, but curious why you keep two similar forums open...why not just mirror TestMagic when someone types in the SC.com URL? It's hard to keep up with TM as it is!

My Two Cents Re: TestMagic vs sentencecorrection

Well, to be honest, sentencecorrection.com was kind of an experiment. I just wanted to try a new domain name and new forum software.

And you're right--it is hard to keep up with TM all by itself, hence my call for moderators (Moderators Needed).

Re: TestMagic vs sentencecorrection

I find it is very much easier to use Test Magic than sentence correction. I have only spent a day at SC.com (yesterday) and find it hard to navigate compared to Test Magic.

However, both sites are great and I want to fully utilize them.

Re: TestMagic vs sentencecorrection

both are great IMO.

but i had the same Question.

why have SC when we have similar section in TM.. i was checking back and forth on both sites.

Well, i dont mean to be lazy or something as I constantly visit both, just an idea.

i love it here. Great resources and people!!!
