Minor change in ranking (the stars)

Hey guys, I just want to let you know that I've changed the number of posts required to reach certain levels at the TM Forum.

As you know, the stars are more than just for fun, they also show how much you participate in the forum and encourage you to participate more. Many of the people who visit TestMagic do so for only a relatively short period of time, i.e., while they are preparing for tests and the application process, so I set some of the numbers fairly low. However, to my happiness and surprise, I see that many TestMagicians are very hardworking and keep visiting TM very frequently, so I simply decided to raise the numbers, hoping to encourage people to participate even more!

Oh! In the future, I will probably change the stars. I've got some ideas in mind (like using fruit, or maybe just simpler stars), but I'll let you know later.
