I have just joined the forum with the user name "rishikha".
I am unable to understand why am i not getting any replies and why are my posts showing a cross mark on them.

I see some responses to your posts. Can you tell me specifically which post you're referring to?

As for the 'cross mark'; are you referring to these?

Hover your mouse over that image (when you see it), and you'll see a message. That message will tell you that you've posted in that thread. That's what the 'cross' or 'X' means.
