When to apply for RA/TA?
Hey,

I am planning to apply for MS CS, Fall 2010. I wanted to know what is the right time to apply for RA/TA. I have not applied to any colleges yet, but have considered a few colleges to apply by Dec 2009. Will it be too late to apply for RA/TA by then. Or is it that we can apply for RA/TA only after we get the admission offer?
