guys... wats the possibility of gettin aid with a gre score of 1320 and toefl score of 280..??

It's hard to say since aid isn't awarded by GRE/TOEFL score alone by any means. For example, previous work experience would be more important if you're trying to get a research assistantship. This article might be of interest to you:

thanks for that... but i dont have any work experience... but i am curretly pusruing a short time course in DSP at IIT madras in association with analog devices... will that enhance my chances further....??

yeah it does.... basically its a 90 hr course in dsp... mostly lab oriented though.. the lectures are taken by iit prof themselves.....

i am lookin at TA as a means of gettin aid... but is it compulsory that i hafta take the tse for that....??? and if i do.. then do i take it now .. for next fall .. or can i take it after goin to the us..??
