hi

I am a student from Jordan "international student " and I finished my high school this year and I made my general exam in Jordan and I got 96.8% and my rank was 36 of 125,000 student can any one help me how I can get admission for a university in CA and if I can get scholarship .

I did the tofel and I got 230CBT, "578PBT".
