Dummy question on tuition

Some of you may laugh now, but do universities generally collect graduate tuition up to, say, 30k per annum, all five years it takes to recieve Phd, or just while the coursework is being finished?

I used it when I had one huge random zit once and it did dry it out but it made the skin around it red painful and dry for like a week which was basically worse than the zit itself. If you're going to try it do it on some random zit like that, preferably not on your face in case you react simmilarly. I would never use it to treat an overall acne problem. If it's more than one or two I would go see a derm.
