Negotiating the Certificate of Finance
What is the best way to negotite the finance certificate for colleges that ask for financial certificates before, and if I have a lesser amount combining all my funds?

Can I need to get the financial certificate after getting funds from relatives and take a bank loan later?

As I intend to pursue a PhD I don't think aid will be a problem. But do I still have to show source of support for my visa application?
