some of the CPR chapters are not covered by the Dutta book, such as Renal Failure, Cancer Chemotherapy, Pain Management. Do we still need to study these chapters? Thanks,

Yes you have to study them also. Especially the chemotherapy and renal failure. Hope this helps...
