hykhleif Posted April 19, 2009 Share Posted April 19, 2009 I have recieved my FPGEC application, I have the following question this is the first time I apply for the FPGEC, I have the following questions 1- Do I sign the application on the last page 18 in ink or pencil 2- what is the fees, since in the bulletin it says 800, while in the application the blue sheet says 600 3- I used a notary public but his name on the stamp is not clear, do u think he should re-stamp it. The word Notary is obvious but his name is not. he put a Notary Public seal, and wrote his name in English In the Title, is that enough. 4- It say that we can start to apply for October exam by May 15 in the bulletin, does that mean i should not send the FPEGC form 100 application now and wait till may 15, taking in consideration that this is the first time I send me documents to FPGEC 5- do i need to send supporting documents, like a birth certificate now or shall I wait till they request additional supporting documents Plz plz help with the above I have to send the application Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Please note that you may sign your name in pencil or ink." 2-$800 is the fee. 600 is the fee for retaking the exam after failure . 3-I don't think it's a prb, my application had the same prb and NABP took it. 4-send it now if you want, you don't have to wait. 5-send all supporting documents now(proof of licensure/registration, copy of driver license.. ) hope that helps Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
