Hello there!
The only books worth buying from the list would be:- 1. Dr.Dutta Book ONLY 2. Reference Guide For Foreign Pharmacy Licensing Exam-Questions & Answers (FPGEE) Part I However, the most requisite book for the FPGEE is Comprehensive Pharmacy Review by Leon Shargel. You could order it from the following link:- Amazon.com: Comprehensive Pharmacy Review: Leon Shargel, Alan H Mutnick, Paul F Souney, Larry N Swanson: Books Here is the link to the FPGEE blueprint:- http://www.nabp.net/ftpfiles/bulleti...studyguide.pdf Good luck to your friend! Thank you so much for these pointers to keep in mind in taking FPGEE. Congratulations! I'm confused really what to study. My CPR was the 5th edition is it advisable for me to buy the latest edition which is the 7th I think. Thank you for your comment.

The number of hours to put in for FPGEE study prep varies from person to person. Generally, setting aside 6 hours of study time should suffice. Is your child old enough to be placed in day care for a few hours? You could try working around your child's sleeping hours. I know it isn't easy to concentrate on studies with a child. I have a child who just turned three ![]() Do not waste too much time on Lippincott. Remember, the FPGEE is not just about Pharmacology. Make sure you cover CPR on the whole. All the best. |

You are most welcome, follwer! I appreciate your kind words.
![]() The Dutta book I had is in a "multiple questions-answers" format. The questions are based on CPR (Comprehensive Pharmacy Review by Leon Shargel). The Dutta book is almost like a memory aid for CPR. I don't know if the latest edition has theory in addition to the questions and answers. Last edited by ace2009 : 2009 July 1st at 05:43 AM. |

The practice book and the disk are for NAPLEX prep. You need just the CPR for FPGEE. Good luck! |
