I did not use the pharmsuccess for fpgee but friend of mine said that the best material for mpje is pharmsuccess. I might buy it when i take mpje probably after 1 year of my intership

hi rahman,

congrats in clearing the fpgee...just wondering about the roger and walker book you mentioned for part 4...whats the difference of this book with Lippincott? is it really needed for the exam or we can stick to cpr and lippincott?

thanks.

i think lippincot is more towards pharmacology than the clinical pharmacy. for section 4, i did not read like what is MOA of drugs but i read the management of disease. Like people generally confused with the cology and clinical cology.

cology is like studing facts like m/a of phenytoin

while clinical science is if there is emergency epilepsy (status epilepticus) - start with BDPs like diazepam and still patient can't treated give phenytoin. Still no positive result... go for midozolam or phenobarbital....at the end induce hypnotism...

That what I read for all the diseases like gout, parkinsonism, etc. I will be happy to discuss all the clinical cology stuff any time....

I did not read everything in detail but i just read key points from the roger walker. I selected this book because during my bachelors I read this book in england for clinical cology. But you can select the any book which gives same kind info that i mentioned (disease management and toxicology)

Best luck guys...

hi rahman,

thanks for your reply..so the part 4 section where they said was lot of questions on management, it meant, clinical management not pharmacy management?

thanks,
