Hi everyone,

I have a question on the Official proof of registration required for taking the FPGEE. The Pharmacy Council in my state does not provide a signed and attested photocopy of the original proof of registration (like in official transcripts). Could someone please let me know if we can submit a notarized copy of the proof of registration to the NABP for application evaluation?

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Well you need to submit a certificate so called "Good standing certificate" in favour of your registration. The certificate must state date of issuance of registration & validity.
