Permenanat Resident of Australia - Would like to apply for US Visa for FPGEE
Hi
I am a permenant resident of Australia and will getting my citizenship next year but i would like to sit for FPGEE this OCT 09 Could any one advise me if i will apply US visa on base of FPGEE , is there any chance of Deniel I mean i have relatives at NJ, so if i would apply US VISA on the base of any wedding ceremony or any kind of family function, wil there be more chance of getting VISA Please advise |

Hi!!!
I don't think you'll have a problem getting US visa (of course if there isn't any overstays in the US and if you didn't break any laws before). My friend was granted even 1 year multiple entry visa (which he didn't even ask for) with EU residence permit. In my opinion you better show your intent as a visitor to see your friends rather than taking the test ( consulate officer might think you have an intention to stay in the US for work ). And the second Australia is much more better place to live than this broken US, so I think a lot of people getting US visas really easily. Good luck! |
