Deadline for NABP to approve your application before Oct 1st Test

For everyone who is still waiting for approval letter from NABP !

NABP must make the decision about you application before:
- Sept. 3 if you live outside US
- Sept. 10 if you live in US.

If they do not decide before these dates, you won't be able to take test Oct. 1, 2009.

I got this information from NABP yesterday.

If you get approval letter, don't forget about the exam deadlines:

- Candidates may register with NABP for the October 1, 2009 FPGEE before September 18, 2009.
- candidates must schedule their appointment to test with Pearson VUE before September 23, 2009.

I sent my documents with ECE approval 4 weeks ago and I'm still waiting. They told me they were very busy and there was a chance they won't approve me before Sept 10.

Only 3 weeks left till Sept 10 (2 weeks till 9/3/9) so I think it is not enough time. Do you have application? did they send it to you? It takes 1 week to get it if you in US.

well it takes some time to get your application evaluated as i sent my application in the month of june and got the approval letter from nabp on august 8th. so as yours is in july i think it will take still a month or 15 days yet. dont worry and concentrate in thy study

Well I've heard it usually takes a month. For me it took 2 months because of a couple of deficiencies in my papers. Don't worry you will probably get your ID card soon. Good luck
By the way, you can always e-mail them through customer service and check with them about the application process

As you can see it takes usually >4 weeks
