Does anyone have case like this

Hi everyone
I passed FPGEE in September 2009 and iBT in May 2010 . NABP received my TOEFL score in June 18 and went into review in June 28 . when I called customer service to check whether they issued my FPGEC or not. They said that the committe sent me a letter in July 19 but the certificate is not issued, and of course refused to tell me anything about the letter content. I'm graduate from 5 years pharmacy school not 4.
Did anyone who passed the 2 tests have received a letter from the NABP before receiving the certificate,

I am in a similar situation. Passed the April fpgee and my toefl score was reported on 6th of July. They claim they sent me a letter since the 6th of July which I am still yet to receive. I do not know the content of my letter as well hopefully I receive it this week. A friend told me she received the letter before her certificate was sent to confirm her US residence status.

Thank you so so much for your reply , I thought I'm the only one in such situation and that drove me really crazy. A friend of mine received the letter and will send a scan for it today or tomorrow, I'll keep inform you right away. keep in contact please

where are you from Efiko, Do you live in the USA ? or have a legal residency there?
