am i late?
hi.. do u think that if i send my papers tomorrow i will have a chance to join OCT exam? and if there a stamp not in english is it important to translate it?

It takes about 4 weeks and all not English part(s)of the transcript has to be translated. Although my stamp has 3 languages ( including English ), they did not accept it. I would suggest you to translate first. They delayed the process of my application about 2 months because of that.
