How to open attached files

Hi,

This maybe a silly question, but I was trying to open one of the study plan posted in a thread as an attached file, but I can find the way to do it. I even called tech support but got only a voice mail, can anyone show me how to do this?....sorry, I'm pretty new in this forum...

Crystal we are in the same boat!
Actually, I'm trying to open some ext rar (extension file rar) and it didn't work
I don't know if I have to setup my computer in a special configuration or I may need to install a new sofware...anyway if somebody can explain clearly it will be much appreciated

I found out that if you are new in the forum, you can not open attacehed files, you have to be part of the forum posting threats for at least 1 month or have posted more than 100 threats. Silly, heim? I guess the only option we have (for the new ones) is to ask people to forward attached files to our personal emails.

I don't know...What I understood is that if I'm new, I may not qualified to attach files, but everybody should be able to open any file..
