Passed FPGEE and Toefl ibt but got a problem..

Dear Forum members,

My situation is this..
cleared fpgee dec 2008.
took toefl by may 30 and got the result on june 11 (speaking part 24), applied for rescoring and got 26 on july 1.
ETS has send the score report two times (june 12, July 7 rescore). I was waiting for the fpgee certificate till yesterday and called the NABP for the status.

But NABP says that they did'nt receive the score yet..
I called the ETS again and confirmed the institution code as 9103 (my score report has also got the code on it) and requested to resend the score report.

my question is how can the NABP miss two times the score report.

anybody from the forum faced this problem..
any suggestions will be helpful...

is there any other information i missed to give ETS people to send it to the right address.
