Yes, I totally agree with you. I had the same feeling. All that I want to know is another bibliography. The 1rts part was terrible for me, GUESSING, and I studied Shargell, 1000 q & a, Lippinc., M and S. and the questions in the first part came from Jupiter??

My obsrevation is that there is no single book enough for this exam, a lot of indirect questions from cpr however i want to assure you that the result may not reflect the opinions and resrvations about the content of the exam, a lot of us will still. This is just like any other exam and no examiner wants questions look cheap but come december a lot will smile so lets all cheer up, forget about the book and face the toefl or have some fun

May be the FPGEE exams "scaling score" method would weed out the difficult questions from our final score. It would be interesting to see the results...may be we can poll that time to see how many of us passed -- I hope all of us do.
It's really interesting to read everyone's opinion on the exam. I pray we all pass. If i pass i would share my experience in detail, because right now i wouldn't know if i am giving the right advise on how to study or not.

As for the exam, for me it was funny. I found the first part more difficult, in the sense that the questions were basic and easy, but i had forgotten my basics. One has to really understand basic biochemistry, biology etc to answer them without any issues. We wouldn't know if it was more difficult than April exam, but what i can say is that it's not worth killing yourself over if you don't understand the basic concept of sciences. No matter how hard you read, if you don't know the sciences, you would find it diffiucult...just like me. I am not too good with basic sciences.

As for the second part, i found it more relaxing and more related to clinical practice, it was a breathe of fresh air for me, although the questions were a bit tricky and twisted, you have to understand the concept of English properly to answer them. Some questions you would have to read the other way round or change the grammer to a simpler one to understand what the sentence was talking about. I didn't read any books for management, because in past posts, people said it wasn't that straight forward that you would have to understand the practice of Pharmacy itself.

I do pray we all pass and are able to share more detailed experiences. Thanks to all the people that share, you are all wonderful....

hi every body

relly,,, the exam was soooooooooooo difficult
i took pre-fpgee before the exam, and it was easier than the real exam by 50 times

the first part was difficult bcz most of Qs was for details of details

the second part was difficult bcz most of Qs speakins about things I never hear about

one of my companion in the UVE center said that he trained in USA in a pharmacy for two years and just was able to solve the managments Qs

he told me that the Qs can only be solved by some one who tained or worked as a pharmacist in USA before

in brief ,, the exam was very baaaaaaaaaaaaaad

but i still hopping to success

I read earlier on another website, cannot remember where, that 100 of the 250 questions of the test are not counted as they are only checking if these are appropriate test questions, is that correct?? anyone?
I could not find this info on the NABP website
