CAN ANYONE HELPING ME ABOUT HOW CAN I GET VISA TO USA I'M TRIED ONE TIME TO TAKE TOURIST VISA BUT THE CONSULAR OFFICE REFUSED ME.IF I TELL I WILL TRAVEL TO GET EXAM THERE IT IS BEETER FOR ME OR HARD ALSOTHANKS

where you able to get your state ID for your naplex at new york. i forgot to post a reply on your previous question since im out of town. i got my state ID from the same dept that i got my drivers license - dept of motor vehicle and transportation. i just showed my passport and visa and one proof of mailing address.

Did you show your foreign passport? Can a foreigner apply for a State ID?
I'm yet to apply because I need to get a letter of ineligibility from the Social Security Department.

yes, i showed my passport with my visa then she asked me for a proof of mailing address. I showed a letter from my health insurance which was addressed to my house. so she gave me a state ID and later i applied for driver's license.

yes im a foreigner here, im on dependent visa only. I have both MT State ID and MT Driver's license.
