Yes you can do this let your sis send you the envelope then you send it to NABP

first there is copy of certificat that is ready in nakaba ok you have to send it by envelop from the nakaba ok
other thing you have to take you paasaport or drive licinse then go to the notary public in bank then they will certified this for you

Thanks 3booda my sis went to the iraqi syndicate but they told her that my file is canceled since i didn't pay for 17 years. She is trying her best to pay for all those years so they may open my file and give her that letter.

Yes I'm from IRAQ but SYRIA graduate 2002...by the time i registered with NABP there was no need for lots of things like how it is now..i know it might be hard for some but it worth all that...I'm planning to take the exam for APRIL 2010 and this is gonna be my 3RD try...i wish u all good luck so for me.

I tried TOEFLibt last year, my scors was R25, L23, S19 ,and R18. Any idea how to acheive passing score in S and R ?
