I am supposed to take the FPGEE exam last October but due to visa issues I was not able to take it, but last October I reapply for my visa and I was denied now I am worried if I will be able to take the April 2010 exams because of visa issues.

My concern is, if I cannot take the exams on April will the NABP still allow me to take the exams or will they close my file? Need your pieces of advice on this issue.

You can write down to NABP your situation and you will be granted an additional chance .But you should be able to get the visa for April if you go properly prepared for the visa interview.What do you mean by last Oct the recent FPGEE ,because last oct it was paper based test,which changed to Computer based test in this April 09.

Last October 2009, I am scheduled to take the exams but due to visa concerns NABP granted me to take this coming April 2010, I reapplied last Oct and I was denied again, so am not so sure if I can get my visa before the exams. I informed NABP and mailed all the documents to prove that I was not able to get the visa but waiting for their reply.

So your visa got rejected 2 times .Now wait for sometime before reapplying ,because applying soon will cause rejection.Chances of geting visa increase re applying after 3-4 months or showing the visa officer that there are changes in your circumstances.Try to show familial ties in your home country.It would be better if you show some property like house,land,car ,bank balance etc.So that the visa officer haves confidence that you will return back to your home country.This is applicable only if you apply for a tourist visit.

It takes some time to get the reply.First time my visa also got rejected ,so I asked another chance to NABP and they gave it gladly.If you have valid reasons NABP will consider your plea and grant you additional chances.So just relax,your file will not be closed as far as I know.
