Does NC Pharmacy board currently allow to start intership hours with out TOEFL/TSE?

Hi All !!

Does NC Board allow us to count the intern hours before clearing TOEFL/TSE? I am sure they used to allow this few months before..but now i heard from few of my friends that they want FPGEC certificate to count your hours is that true? Pls let me know if you have any recent experience. Appreciate your time!!

Not California.
To gain the intern license in CA; you have to pass both FPGEE and Toefl test (either IBT or toefl+TSE).

But I bet all states are the same.

I did ask them (NCBOP) and they said only after FPGEC. However, i met few guys who have completed or about to complete their intern hours without TOEFL..

Also it seems there are no TSE date in near future...how long should we wait for next dates to be available?
