about all your questions:
1. Which score is his/her true result 148 or 150
i was confused like you at the first when i checked my result in the site i found that i get full marks so i didn't believe that as anyon will do so i called NAPB to assure of my score and they told me that i'm the first and i get 148 so i became confused more and decided to go there and ask for that problem
but i was sure about that i'm the first because if i get 150 i will be the first and if i follow NAPB call i'm also the first
2.He said something about not yet knowing the correct result untill the NABP sends a report to him,what does that mean?
That mean that i will go to the NAPB center to be sure of that and if there is a document that i can get from the NAPB prove my score so i will ask for it ( i don't know about documents it is my first time to apply and get this Exam)
3.How comes it has taking him about four time trial to correct the real spelling of DR Tom Riddle or so, and the DR was supposed to be his ultimate source for the exams, yet he missed the spelling of the name severally?
This Question is so bad as when you type his name it changed to Dr Tom Riddle and he told us that Testmagic Forum adminstrator do that for him because he begine to be famous as FPGEE lecturer So i found many members that changed it by Dr.'/a'/ooo so i did
4.He said that he called the NABP in california for the verification of his result. Has the board relocated from ilionis to california?
ahahahahaahhaahahahahah great Question and that question show why you get this score in your Exam ( you are genius) LOL
it is not fault man as any one from CA not need to know where he get the Exam he know well where he get his Exam so don't try to find tricks and i talked in common not ment CA as California
5.He said that he is the ''FIRST'', i take that to mean the highest scorer,now how did he know that and how comes, when he said he was waiting for the official result from NABP.?

6.He said he did not believe his score that it is like a dream. Is it a dream and if so, has he woken up?
my answer if you were me you will feel that but i'm sure that you can't be instead of me and also i'm sure that you can't feel IMFAO
7.He offered to help other people pass, thats okay but dont you think he should confirm his results first?
sure i confirmed it when i went to NAPB and i wanna tell you that i get 150 as in the site and any person from CA can ask for people that pass with 150 and they will tell you 
8. Is it not puzzling that of all the resources he used, he believed that only the DR Tom Riddle source was relevant and kept mentioning it in all his thread,is that promotional.?
ok, i advised according to what i did to pass with 150 and also you can advise students with your score 
9.He joined this forum in oct after the exams,his joining was it to post this results or for what?
yea sure as you say i joined this forum few days latter after the Exam and this is because i always read posts in this forum without share any post and without regestire but when i passed with this score i decided to share my Experience in this Exam and help others and respect other points of view like your questions now
10. how can he convince us that he is the ''excellent candidate''?
i don't care about convince you man because as i said i'm not here to fight members as you do now , and i uploaded all my sources for Exam and post to many April groups for free not like others that not share any experience
at the end i can say that no advertisement for person that prove his success and Good man as all see him ( others than you)
