The structure of toefl is the same, most of the question in the speaking section mentions about two points on each task, they have same standard, people fail this course because they dont know what toefl requires. Spend time to find out what and how they want the response presented

I took few sample test from CDs got with Toefl Exam. I found managing time is a big challenge. Is it so in the real exams?

Yes, time is a big factor in TOEFL, especially the speaking part. You are only given a 30-45 seconds to prepare. And for the reading part, please do not spend too much time on one question, if you're stuck, move on and come back to the question later. I mistakenly spent too much time at the beginning and had no time towards the end.

I took toefl long time ago so a quick question about the listening of iBT..

Do they show you the questions on the computer screen while you are listening to the conversation/long description?

No they don't and you can only listen once before answering questions so make sure you write down important points while listening.
